New Delhi, September 18 (HS). The Congress Party released the party's manifesto for Haryana on Wednesday and made seven promises to the people. The party will give Rs 2,000 per month to women and a cooking gas cylinder worth Rs 500.
The party's manifesto for Haryana was released today in the presence of party president Mallikarjun Kharge at the Congress headquarters. In this, the Congress has promised that if it wins the election, the party will give Rs 2,000 per month to women and LPG cylinder will be given for Rs 500. Emphasizing on social security, it was announced to give pension of Rs 6,000 to old age, disabled and widows. Old pension scheme will be implemented in government jobs. To give a secure future to the youth, 2 lakh permanent jobs will be given under the recruitment law. Haryana will be made drug free. Every family will be provided 300 units of free electricity and free treatment up to Rs 25 lakh. To give shelter to the poor, a plot of 100 yards and a two-room house will be given at a cost of Rs 3.5 lakh. For the prosperity of farmers, legal guarantee of MSP and immediate crop compensation will be given. Caste survey will be conducted to give rights to the backward. The limit of creamy layer will be increased to Rs 10 lakh.
