Ranchi, June 23 (HS). On the instructions of State Congress President Rajesh Thakur, three leaders including Alok Kumar Dubey were released from suspension on Sunday. These include Lal Kishor Nath Shahdev and Dr. Rajesh Gupta. All three have been released from suspension with immediate effect after due consideration.
This decision has been taken after the approval of All India Congress Committee General Secretary cum Jharkhand in-charge Ghulam Ahmed Mir. It is also hoped that all three senior leaders will work with full determination on the ideology of the Congress party.
It is noteworthy that on February 12, on the recommendation of the Congress Disciplinary Committee, Alok Kumar Dubey, Lal Kishor Shahdev, Dr. Rajesh Gupta “Chhotu” and Sadhusharan Gop were suspended from the party by the Jharkhand Pradesh Congress Committee with immediate effect for the next six years.
