Congress is protesting using the room of the Leader of Opposition for their own convenience instead of public issues: Alok Awasthi

Jagdalpur, July 11 (HS). BJP district media in-charge and corporation revenue chairman Alok Awasthi said that by making the issue of the leader of opposition's room in the Municipal Corporation an issue, the Congress is running away from playing the role of a strong opposition. Congress has not been able to accept the truth of being out of power till now. Leaving aside the issues related to the public, the Congress councilors are protesting for rooms and chairs. Congress councilors are bearing the brunt of the internal divisions and conflicts in the Congress organization. There is a competition among the two leaders of the opposition made in the Congress councilor group to show their superiority. The issue of the leader of opposition's room in the Municipal Corporation is just an excuse. It is the character of Congress to do politics of lies.

Alok Awasthi said that factionalism in Congress was exposed in the Assembly elections. After being ousted from power, there is a fight going on among the Congress leaders divided into different factions to take control of the organization. For which Congress councilors are being used as pawns. The appointment of two opposition leaders is proof of this. Instead of raising voice on public problems, many Congress councilors are angry with the issue of room and chair. Alok Awasthi said that one can only regret the policies of Congress. Such issues are being created only for the sake of politics, which have neither any concern nor any benefit to the public. By making the issue of room and chair in the Municipal Corporation, Congress is itself bringing disrepute to itself.
