New Delhi, August 17 (HS). Congress is furious over the advertisement issued by lateral entry for recruitment of Joint Secretary, Director and Deputy Secretary level posts in the Centre. Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge has reacted sharply to this.
Kharge said in a statement released on social media on Saturday that such recruitments are an attempt to keep SC, ST, OBC and weaker sections away from the government. He said that the central government has announced recruitments for 45 posts. There is no provision of reservation for SC, ST, OBC and weaker sections in this. Kharge alleged that as part of a well-planned conspiracy, the BJP is deliberately making such recruitments in jobs so that these sections can be kept away from reservation.
Along with the Centre, Mallikarjun Kharge also reacted strongly to the High Court's decision on the appointment of teachers in Uttar Pradesh (UP)
He said that the reservation scam in the appointment of 69,000 assistant teachers in UP has now been exposed by the decision of the High Court. Earlier, in March 2024, Rahul Gandhi had raised the voice of the deprived candidates by writing a letter to the Prime Minister in the reservation scam in Dalit and backward classes.
