Ranchi, September 18 (HS). Ranchi Metropolitan Congress Committee President Dr. Kumar Raja on Wednesday lodged an FIR at Kotwali police station against former Delhi MLA BJP leader Tarvinder Singh Marwah, Union Minister of State Ravneet Singh Bittu and Shiv Sena Shinde faction leader Sanjay Gaikwad.

Kumar Raja says that the three BJP leaders have made indecent and unruly comments on former Congress President Rahul Gandhi at the behest of BJP, due to which the whole country is angry. Their statement is anti-national. Therefore, there is a need to take legal action against such people. Dr. Kumar Raja also says that Rahul Gandhi is constantly raising his voice from the streets to the Parliament for every section of the society, including the poor, the Dalits, the backward, the exploited, the deprived.

Kumar said that Rahul Gandhi is talking about love against the hatred spread by the BJP in the country, which the BJP leaders are unable to see and have resorted to making indecent statements. The whole country stands with Rahul Gandhi and will always stand with him.

It is noteworthy that just a few days ago, BJP MLA Tarvinder Singh had said in front of the media that if he does not mend his ways, then whatever happened to Rajiv Gandhi and Indira Gandhi, the same will happen to Rahul Gandhi. Apart from this, Union Minister of State Ravneet Singh Bittu also made an indecent comment and called Rahul Gandhi a terrorist. Due to these statements made by BJP leaders, Congress party workers are protesting heavily at various places in the country and demanding strict action by filing FIR.
