Dehradun, March 22 (HS). The Uttarakhand Congress delegation met Chief Electoral Officer Dr. BVRC Purushottam on Friday and submitted a memorandum. The memorandum demands holding of by-elections in Mangalore Assembly constituency.

The delegation requested the Chief Electoral Officer to hold by-elections for Mangalore and Badrinath constituencies as soon as possible.
