Araria, 19 October (Hindustan Reporter). The program of felicitation of child ascetic Priyanshu Sethia was concluded on Saturday in the presence of Sadhvi Shri Swarnarekha Ji, Thana Char, the learned disciple of Acharya Shri Mahashraman Ji, at Terapanth Bhawan in Forbesganj.
At the age of just 9, Priyansh Sethia has practiced penance like fasting for eight days. Priyansh Sethia is the son of Amit and Muskaan Sethia, residents of Tulsi Kunj and studies in class 2.
Performing Athai penance at the age of New Year is equivalent to Masakhman penance, for this, Priyansh Sethia was made to sit in a chariot and took him in a procession with the entire society and made him tour the entire city. After that, the Tapo Abhinandan Samaj of child ascetic Priyanshu Sethia was performed in Jai Auditorium of Terapanth Bhawan.
While addressing the entire society, Sadhvi Shri said that Lord Mahavir has given four paths to attain salvation – right knowledge, right philosophy, right character and right penance. Must do at least once in a lifetime.
The program started with the invocation by Kanya Mandal. After that, the President of the meeting, Mahendra Baid, in his speech praised the strong morale and determination power of Priyanshu Sethia. After that, the penance of the Mahila Mandal Youth Council was felicitated by Geetika. The program was efficiently conducted by Pankaj Nahta. Nirmal Sethia, Poonam Pandiya, Ajay Jhavak, Bhavani Aggarwal, Ayush Aggarwal, Vinod Sethia and other devotees were present on the spot.
