This instruction was given by Urban Development Minister Hafizul Hasan to the officials in a review meeting held in the auditorium of Ranchi Municipal Corporation.

Hasan said that there is a need to pay special attention to how to provide better facilities to the citizens of the capital Ranchi. Cleanliness will have to be given priority in the city. Make sure that the drains do not get clogged in the rain, the paths and street lights are in working condition. He said that the problems of the common people should be solved quickly. Make sure that the problems of the common people are solved on time.

The minister also gave these instructions in the meeting –

-Repair the roads damaged during drainage or water supply scheme in the city in time so that the common people do not have to face any problems.

-All the wellness centers operating in Ranchi Municipal Corporation area should be operated smoothly so that the patients can be treated in a better manner.

-Get the faulty street lights and high mast lights repaired in urban areas.

-Speed ​​up the waste disposal process at Jhiri dump yard.

On the occasion, Municipal Commissioner Sandeep Singh said that for the development of the Capital City, all the officials need to work with team spirit. Ranchi Municipal Corporation is committed to providing better facilities to the citizens. For this, efforts are being made to complete all the civil works at the corporation level within the time limit.

During this meeting, 15th Finance Commission, Town Planning, PMAY, Light, IT, DAY-NULM, Transport, Health, Enforcement, Water Supply and other departments were also reviewed through presentation.

On this occasion, Joint Secretary Jyotsna Singh, Additional Administrator Saurabh Prasad, Chief Engineer Rama Shankar Ram, Deputy Administrator Anwar Hussain, Deputy Administrator Ravindra Kumar, Assistant Public Health Officer, all Assistant Administrators, PHED representatives, all city managers, all city campaign managers, engineers and other workers were present.
