Complaint against MS Dhoni: Former Indian team captain MS Dhoni has come into the limelight for the wrong reasons. Actually, a complaint of 'conflict of interest' has been filed against Mahendra Singh Dhoni with the BCCI official. This complaint has been filed with the Board's Ethics Committee under BCCI rule 39.

What is the whole matter?

Rajesh Kumar Maurya, a resident of Amethi district of Uttar Pradesh, has filed this complaint. This complaint is related to the fraud case of Rs 15 crore filed by Indian cricketer MS Dhoni in a civil court in Ranchi against a person named Mihir Diwakar. The BCCI Ethics Committee has asked Dhoni to respond in this regard by August 30. Apart from this, Rajesh Kumar Maurya has also been asked to respond by September 16.

MS Dhoni has filed a fraud case against a person named Mihir Diwakar in Ranchi Civil Court. Apart from Mihir Diwakar, Soumya Das and Arka Sports Management Private Limited, who do business with Dhoni, were accused of fraud. It was reported that the Indian cricketer has been cheated of Rs 15 crore.

In a hearing held on March 20, 2024, the Ranchi Civil Court upheld the case, which led to the issuance of summons to Mihir Diwakar, Soumya Das and Arka Sports Management Private Limited. Dhoni specifically accused Mihir Diwakar of violating the agreement. The agreement expired in the year 2021, yet Mihir Diwakar's company (Arka Sports Management Private Limited) continued to use his name.

In this regard, Dhoni's lawyer Dayanand Singh has argued that Mihir's company has opened many academies at domestic and international level, but despite this Dhoni has not been given any share in the profits. It was told that due to this Dhoni has suffered a loss of about Rs 15 crore.
