Jaipur, 5 November (Hindustan Reporter). With the innovative initiative of Jaipur Development Authority Commissioner Anandi, the facility of auto calculator was developed on the JDA portal to calculate the charges and fees to be deposited by the applicants for the services provided to the general public through the Citizen Service Center on the online portal of JDA. This has been done, so that after giving information about their plot online, the common people can get the details of the amount to be deposited in the zone office through the auto calculator developed on the JDA portal.
JDC said that the prescribed fees and charges for various works and purposes are paid by the applicants in JDA after the application and the issue of demand letter. Fees and charges are determined as per the orders and rules issued from time to time by the Urban Development and Housing Department. In this, at the time of applying, the applicant is generally not aware of the amount payable nor is he able to calculate the amount. For assistance and advice, an auto calculator has been developed and prepared including fees and charges of various items. The amount calculated from this is in advisory form and will not be able to be presented as any evidence. The amount payable as payment will be as per the demand letter issued from JDA. Auto calculator is developed category wise in JDA
