Nainital, May 27 (HS). A meeting was held through video conferencing on Monday under the chairmanship of Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami regarding Chardham Yatra, Manaskhand and Kainchi Dham. During this, the Chief Minister took information about Kainchi Dham and Manaskhand from Commissioner Deepak Rawat. The Commissioner said that more than 25 thousand passengers visited Kainchi Dham last weekend.
Commissioner Rawat said that there is a need to make small parking lots around Kainchi Dham. Preparations have begun for the fair to be held in Kainchi on June 15. For this, facilities of temporary parking and drinking water, electricity, health camps etc. are being prepared at many places including Naini Band-Sanatorium Bypass, near the mosque, Palika Maidan and Jal Sansthan in Bhawali.
Apart from this, the commissioner said that many devotees go on the Char Dham Yatra via Nainital district. He said that there is a provision of home stay from Bhawali to Ranikhet, but there is no provision of home stay, night shelter, etc. in Chaukhutia-Gairsain etc. areas. He also talked about making arrangements for home stay, night shelter, etc. there.
