108 emergency services in Gujarat have been working to save lives for the last 17 years. This service has saved lakhs of lives in these 17 years and after its success, Air Ambulance was also launched as a joint initiative of EMRI Green Health Services and Gujcel. Till now 52 patients have been airlifted and their lives have been saved with the help of air ambulance.
Under this, Sunilaben Arvindbhai Shah (76), a native of Surat, went to Haridwar today. When his health deteriorated due to brain stroke, he was first taken to Himalaya Hospital in Dehradun for first aid.
After which he was airlifted from Dehradun to Surat airport at around 3.30 pm. At this time he was shifted to Maitreya Hospital in Surat by 108 emergency service at Surat airport.
In this way, the life of another patient was saved through 108 emergency services and air ambulance. This air lift was successfully operated by 108 Emergency Services District Supervisor Roshan Desai and his team.
