Jagdalpur, May 29 (HS). Collector Vijay Dayaram said that the work of uploading the remaining forest rights recognition certificates for online entry of individual forest rights certificates should be expedited. Also, a joint team of revenue, district and tribal development department should investigate the pending and cancelled cases of forest rights lease holders and inform the district administration.

In the weekly time limit meeting held in the Prerna Sabha Room of the District Office on Wednesday, the Collector directed to discuss and take action with the concerned officials on time limit cases, implementation of departmental schemes, Jan Chaupal, public complaints, PG portal cases. Apart from this, the Collector directed to organize the two-day camp organized by the Health Department for making Ayushman cards in the wards of the city where the targeted number is high.

The collector asked the education department to identify the school buildings that can be dismantled and take action to demolish them before the rains. He also directed to get a survey done by CAC to improve the schools with poor performance in the school entrance examination and to take special initiatives to connect school dropout children to the school. It was also discussed to give responsibility to district level officers for connecting school dropout children and schools with weak results. The collector directed to work on the basis of the target of Kisan Credit Card. To promote fisheries, it was discussed to give lease to farmers for fisheries in the irrigation project. The collector directed the tehsildar to complete the work of bank account verification of farmers before the upcoming deadline meeting.

In the meeting, the availability and storage and distribution status of seeds and chemical fertilizers for Kharif 2024 was also reviewed block-wise. While reviewing the progress of construction work of Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana, instructions were given to complete the pending construction work expeditiously. Emphasis was laid on getting the amount returned to the PM Awas SDM office through RRC. Instructions were given to issue completion certificate of construction works under Pradhan Mantri Adi Adarsh ​​Gram Yojana.

The collector gave instructions to upload online the caste certificates of the children taking admission in Anganwadi under the Pradhan Mantri Matru Vandana Yojana related to the Women and Child Development Department and to resolve the pending forms at the revenue officers' level soon and to issue the final list soon after getting the approval of the general administration at the district level for the appointment of Anganwadi workers, assistants and mini workers. In the meeting, the collector stressed on increasing the number of laborers in MNREGA as much as possible. If there is no work under MNREGA, the responsibility of the CEO of the district will be fixed. It was asked to review the physical progress of Anganwadi building construction under MNREGA and give UC-CC by May 31 and instructed to return the amount in case there is no work.

On this occasion, different responsibilities were given to various departments for the counting of votes to be held on June 4 under the Lok Sabha elections 2024. All district level officers including CEO District Panchayat Prakash Surve, Additional Collector CP Baghel were present in the meeting.
