Korba/Janjgir-Champa, 20 May (Hindustanism). Collector and District Election Officer Akash Chhikara inspected the strong room at Government Polytechnic College, Janjgir on Monday and gave necessary guidelines.
He took detailed information regarding CCTV cameras and security forces deployed, counting of votes and preparations for counting of postal ballots and the arrangements for table, chair, cooler, electricity, parking, media centre, barricading, counting agent's meeting, strong room at the counting venue. After taking information about the movement of machines and other necessary arrangements in the counting room, necessary guidelines were given. During the inspection, Additional Collector SP Vaidya, Additional Collector Lavina Pandey, Deputy District Officer Nisha Netam Madavi and related officers and employees were present.
