Collector and SP inspected the polling station and took stock of the security arrangements

Bemetara, 6 May (Hindustan Reporter). Collector and District Election Officer Ranbir Sharma inspected the polling station and took stock of the security arrangements after the departure of the polling party on Monday. Took information about necessary arrangements from polling personnel. Superintendent of Police Ramakrishna Sahu, Additional Collector Anil Bajpai, Additional Collector and Deputy District Election Officer Jagat Prakash Guddu and administrative officers were present with him.

Today, on May 6 (Monday), the polling teams left with voting materials. All the parties reached their respective polling stations. Voting will be held for the Lok Sabha general elections tomorrow on 7th May (Tuesday). Voting will run from 7 am to 6 pm.

Special arrangements have been made for voters in the polling stations of the district. Keeping in mind the heat, other arrangements including cold drinking water, awnings, seating arrangements, medicines have been made at the polling stations.
