Korba 28 June (HS). Collector Ajit Vasant today on Friday held a meeting of the center heads including the nodal officer regarding the Pre B.Ed and Pre D.El.Ed 2024 examination to be organized by Chhattisgarh Professional Examination Board Raipur on Sunday 30th June.

While giving instructions to ensure necessary preparations in the concerned centers for the examination, he said that the work of examination is related to reliability, confidentiality and seriousness. No mistake or negligence should be made in this work. The examination should be conducted strictly following the given instructions. He instructed the center heads to conduct the examination with care and caution.

While taking a meeting regarding Pre B.Ed and Pre D.El.Ed 2024 examination in the Collectorate hall, the Collector made all the center heads aware of their duties. He said that the necessary facilities to be provided to the candidates in the examination center should be ensured before the examination. Necessary arrangements should be made in the center following whatever guidelines are there by Vyapam regarding the examination. The Collector directed to solve their problems through the guidance center set up for the convenience of the candidates. During this, Nodal Officer Mr. Vikas Chaudhary, Examination Coordinator Dr. Mrs. Sadhana Khare were present.

The examination will be conducted in two shifts. The first shift will be held from 10 am to 12:15 pm and the second shift will be held from 2 pm to 4:15 pm. 11,981 students will appear in the first shift at 34 examination centers in the district and 14,884 students will appear in the second shift at 43 examination centers. Keeping in view the convenience of the students, Government EVPG Mahavidyalaya Rajgamar Road has been made a guidance center. The telephone number of the guidance center is 07759-221458.

After checking the examination centers, instructions for the candidates to reach the designated centers only –

The collector has instructed the candidates of Pre B.Ed and Pre D.El.Ed 2024 examination to appear at the prescribed examination center on time. He said that the candidates should check the examination center mentioned in their admit card a day in advance. On the examination day, they will not be allowed to reach another center and take the exam. Candidates will have to compulsorily appear in the examination centers by the prescribed time. Such Divyang candidates who have opted for co-writer on their own have been instructed to take special care of the educational qualification of the co-writer. The educational qualification of the co-writer should be one level below the educational qualification of the candidate. Admission will not be given if a co-writer of the same or above level is brought as the candidate. Candidates whose photo is not clear in the admit card will be required to bring two passport size color photographs with them. Along with this, the admit card and an original photo ID will have to be shown compulsorily during entry into the examination center.
