You must have tasted different types of stuffed parathas, which are mainly made of potato, cauliflower, fenugreek, spinach, radish, lentils etc. These are usually delicious, but have you ever eaten sweet coconut paratha? Its taste is very amazing and today we have brought its recipe. So let us know how you can make it.
Material:
1 fresh coconut
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup lukewarm milk
1/2 cup ghee
2 tbsp powdered sugar
2 tbsp semolina
1/2 cup grated coconut
1/2 tbsp baking powder
1 tablespoon ground cardamom
recipe:
– First of all grate the coconut. Then add flour, semolina and powdered sugar in a big bowl and mix.
– Slowly add ghee to the mixture and start kneading it with hands.
Prepare a soft dough by kneading it with this mixture and also add one tablespoon of baking powder to it.
– Add a pinch of salt to the flour, add milk instead of water and start kneading the dough.
– Now add grated coconut, sugar and cardamom powder and blend it well.
-For additional taste, you can also add cashew or almond paste to the coconut mixture. Fennel powder can also be added.
– The dough is now ready. Roll out two rotis, one big and one slightly smaller. Due to this the stuffing does not come out and the paratha becomes stuffed.
-Put about two tablespoons of coconut stuffing on a big rolled roti and cover it with a small roti.
-Seal the parantha with the help of a spoon and join it from the edges. This prevents the stuffing from spreading and makes stuffed paranthas.
– Heat the pan and cook the paratha on it. When coconut paratha is cooked, apply ghee on top.
-The taste of coconut increases further with ghee. It is ready after it is cooked from both sides.
-Cut it into four pieces and you can serve it with tea, milk or sweet curd.
