Patna, 04 August (HS). There has been a threat of bombing the Chief Minister's office in Bihar. A mail has been sent to the CMO from a group named Al Qaeda, in which there has been a threat of bombing the CM's office.
Patna's Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Rajiv Mishra said that this case is old but we have registered an FIR on August 2 after investigation. He said that a case has been registered against unknown persons in this case. At present, the police is investigating it.
After the ATS investigated the matter, an FIR has been registered. The FIR has been registered at the Secretariat police station.
If the police is to be believed, this threatening mail was received on 16th July on CMO's official mail ID. That CMO will be blown up with a bomb. This mail was sent in the name of Al Qaeda group.
