CM Champai took back all the departments from Alamgir Alam

Ranchi, June 7 (HS). Chief Minister Champai Soren has taken over the departments of Rural Development Minister Alamgir Alam, who is in jail in the cash scandal. Governor C Radhakrishna has taken back the departments of Rural Development Minister Alamgir Alam and allocated them to the Chief Minister of the state Champai Soren.

Apart from the departments previously allocated to the Chief Minister, the work of Rural Development Department, Rural Works Department, Panchayati Raj Department and Parliamentary Affairs Department has also been handed over to him. The Governor has made this amendment on the advice of the Chief Minister. The Cabinet Secretariat and Coordination Department has issued a notification in this regard.

According to the notification issued under the signature of departmental secretary Vandana Dadel, in addition to the departments already allotted to the Chief Minister, Parliamentary Affairs Department, Rural Development Department, Rural Works Department and Panchayati Raj Department have been allotted to him by making partial amendments in it on the advice of the CM himself. All the departments allotted earlier will remain with the Chief Minister as before. This will be valid with immediate effect.
