Jagdalpur, 1 October (Hindustan Reporter). Bastar MP Mahesh Kashyap on Tuesday administered the oath of cleanliness to the citizens in a district level program organized under 'Swachhta Hi Seva' Fortnight at the sports complex located at Dharampura in Jagdalpur city.
Mayor Smt. Safira Sahu, councilors, Collector Haris S, CEO District Panchayat Prakash Sarve, Commissioner Municipal Corporation Haresh Mandavi and distinguished citizens, officers-employees, teachers, a large number of students and sanitation sisters of the Municipal Corporation also participated in the programme. The students gave the message of cleanliness by making replicas of Bastar and Gandhiji's spectacles through human chain.

It may be noted that under Swachhta Hi Seva Pakhwada, from 17th September to 02nd October, a special cleanliness campaign is being run in all 184 urban bodies of the state on the theme of 'Swachhata Hi Seva Pakhwada'.
