Ranchi, September 23 (HS). A cleanliness drive was organized in the Basic Science Building Campus through the NSS of Ranchi University.
Under the Swachhata Hi Seva Abhiyan (17 September to 02 October 2024), during the cleaning in the Basic Science Building campus on Monday, plastic wrappers, single-use plastic and other waste scattered here and there were collected and put in the dustbin.
Dr Brajesh Kumar, Program Coordinator of NSS of the University said that in today's cleanliness drive, more than 150 NSS volunteers from various university departments of RU, namely Geology, Hindi, Sanskrit, IMS, ILS, Mass Com, English participated in the cleanliness drive.
NSS program officers Dr. Bharti Dwivedi, Dr. Chanchal Lakra, Dr. Shilpi Abha Khalkho, Dr. Happy Bhatia, NSS team leaders Diwakar, Diksha, Rakesh, Saurabh etc. made a significant contribution in making the cleanliness drive successful.
