Governor RN Ravi refused to induct former Higher Education Minister K Ponmudi into the state cabinet, saying it would be against constitutional morality. The state government has requested Governor RN Ravi to direct to act as per the advice of the Council of Ministers headed by Chief Minister MK Stalin.
