Washington: At the ongoing conference of the member countries of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) here, China has been strongly targeted, expressing serious concern over the deepening friendship between Russia and China, saying that China is basically providing vital support to Ukraine. Russia is in the war.
The final statement published at the end of the conference was the Washington Declaration, which accused China of increasing its nuclear weapons stockpile and expanding its power into space (which is worrying).
China has denied these allegations and said that trade with them (Russia) is like normal trade.
Whatever China or Russia may say about this, the truth is that the relations between China and Russia have reached their peak. China is not selling arms to Russia but is selling machine-tools, electronics and other items required for arms production. So that its war power (against Ukraine) gets strengthened.
It is worth noting that China has never condemned Russia's attack on Ukraine. As stated above, we are asking both of them to resolve their dispute through dialogue.
The statement issued at the conclusion of the NATO summit further said, “Because of this (Chinese equipment and indirect support) Russia is becoming a threat to its neighbors and Euro-Atlantic security. We must reaffirm the purposes and principles of the UN Charter with the People’s Republic of China (PRC-Communist China) as a permanent member of the UN Security Council and not provide equipment or political support to Russia to aid its war.” The statement referred to China by its abbreviation PRC.
The official statement published by NATO countries in the form of this Washington Declaration also condemns Russia's repeated threat of nuclear war. Full support to Ukraine has also been promised.
Thus, on one hand, the friendship between Russia and China is deepening. North Korea is the child of China. Putin and Xi Jinping also have close relations with the North Korean dictator. North Korea openly sells weapons to Russia. Iran supplies drones to Russia. Observers fear that an axis of China, North Korea, Iran and Russia is slowly forming. The opinion of observers seems to be coming true to a large extent. (This is also present.)
