Children's health was checked in the Chief Minister's Child Reference Camp

Dhamtari, July 13 (HS). A child reference camp was organized on July 13 at the Primary Health Center Singpur for the health checkup of malnourished children identified under Sector Singpur and Plateau.

In the organized camp, medical officer TR Sahu conducted health checkup of the children. While distributing essential medicines in the health center, additional medicines were purchased under the scheme and supplied by Women and Child Development Department, Magarlod.

Apart from medical examination, the medical officer told the parents of the children present in detail about the necessary care of children during rainy season, food, drinking pure water etc. In the camp, the pregnant mother was made aware of malnutrition and all the precautions to overcome malnutrition, nutritious diet etc.

Child Reference Camp and Officer in Charge Jhamin Binjhekar informed the parents present about eating green vegetables in large quantities, using ready-to-eat food provided by the Government through Anganwadi Centre, taking pure nutritious food, getting immediate treatment at the health centre in case of any kind of problem to children during rainy season, etc. and expressed his gratitude by announcing the closing of the camp.
