Haridwar, August 17 (HS). The Sanskar branch of Bharat Vikas Parishad organized patriotic songs and dances at the open shelter home in Jwalapur to awaken the feeling of patriotism among poor and helpless children and to make them cultured. In which Sandhya and Aashna won the first prize by giving a beautiful performance on Mera Rang De Basanti Chola, while Radhe, Sara, Laali, Poonam Neema and Alisha won the second prize by singing the Vande Mataram song collectively.
President of Sanskar branch, Promila Dutta said that in today's environment, along with making children cultured, there is a need to develop a sense of patriotism in their minds. Only when we educate these poor and helpless children, they will be ready to serve the nation when they grow up.
Former Provincial President Adarsh Pal Singh Tomar said that your branch deserves congratulations for the resolution that the Sanskar branch has taken today to educate these poor children.
Branch treasurer Neelam Tomar said that we have educated more than 50 children so far and will continue to run a series of patriotic programs in the future. Deepak Arora, Ashwini Mittal, Savdhan Singh, Rajkumar Chhawda, Neeta Rana, Neelam Sharma and advocate Ravindra Dutta also participated in this program of Sanskar Branch.
