Mahal Kalan: In a domestic dispute in village Chuhanke Kalan, a son beat his father to death and also injured his brother in the dispute. According to information, Amandeep Singh, a resident of Chuhanke Kalan, had a fight with his father Maghar Singh (67) and brother Kulwant Singh (34).
He shot both of them and injured them badly. Both were taken to Civil Hospital Barnala in critical condition, from where Kulwant Singh was referred to DMC Ludhiana and Maghar Singh to Faridkot, where he died.
The family members say that Amandeep Singh's mental condition is not good. Regarding this matter, Inspector Kamaljit Singh Gill, the chief officer of Thana Mahal, said that the police have registered a case against the accused Amandeep Singh and arrested him.
