Jodhpur, 20 April (HS). There was not even space to keep sesame seeds on the streets of Jodhpur on Saturday. People took to the streets to get a glimpse of BJP's star campaigner and Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath. First of all, Yogi Adityanath was given a warm welcome amidst the sound of conch. Yogi Adityanath conducted a road show for one and a half hour for Union Minister, Jodhpur MP and BJP candidate Gajendra Singh Shekhawat. People gathered in Jodhpur to see the Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh. The overwhelmed public raised slogans of 'Yogi-Yogi' all the way. Yogi Adityanath was also given an unprecedented felicitation by showering flowers from the rooftops of the house. Yogi Adityanath also kept greeting the common people by throwing rose petals, shaking hands and folding hands. He called for BJP to win by using 'Lotus flower' election symbol. At some places, women participated in the road show wearing saffron colored sarees and at others wearing Ram name bands around their necks.

While Jai Shri Ram was echoing on the streets of Jodhpur, loud slogans like 'Look-look who has come, Bharat Maa Sher has come' and Jaishree Ram- Modi-Yogi Zindabad were also raised for Yogi Adityanath. This time, even after crossing 400, a lot of slogans were raised. Cutouts of Maryada Purushottam Shri Ram, Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath were also installed on the streets of Jodhpur. The women and children standing on the rooftops were very excited to see Yogi Adityanath. The common people gathered to welcome Yogi kept dancing with drums. The people present here were seen capturing this wonderful moment on camera. Women kept hoisting saffron and BJP flags from the rooftops, while on the roads too, as far as the eye could see, only saffron was visible.

Seeing the crowd, Yogi Adityanath, overwhelmed in his address, appealed to the people of Jodhpur to make Gajendra Singh Shekhawat win. He said that Jodhpur is a city of reverence.
