Chief Minister Nitish Kumar inaugurated the Diwari Bishahara temple amidst tight security | News India

Saharsa, September 20 (HS). The Chief Minister inaugurated the ancient Bishahara Bhagwati temple situated in Diwari under Kahra block of the district on Friday. Tight security arrangements were made on this occasion. The Chief Minister reached the temple a little before his scheduled time. He left for Amarpur after staying in the temple for about 15 minutes. Deputy Chief Minister Samrat Chaudhary, Union Minister Sanjay Jha also reached there with him.

After landing on the helipad built in Mahant Mitthu Das Plus Two High School of Kahra block area, the Chief Minister immediately left for Diwari with a security convoy, where MP Dinesh Chandra Yadav, Minister Ratnesh Sada, MLA Gunjeshwar Sah, Dr. Alok Ranjan welcomed him in the temple premises and felicitated him with a bouquet. Chief Minister Nitish Kumar directly unveiled the stone plaque installed on the outer platform of the temple. He also performed Puja in the sanctum sanctorum amidst chanting of Vedic mantras. After which he also unveiled the well built in the temple premises and inspected the pond. Thereafter, the Chief Minister left for Amarpur after meeting the dignitaries who had queued up to welcome him. Here, a large number of workers present there, including local people, who had been waiting for him in the pandal for hours, were deprived of even a glimpse of him. While the stage was prepared for his address, the Chief Minister returned from a distance.

On this occasion, District Incharge Minister cum Land Reforms Minister Dilip Kumar Jaiswal, MLA Dr. Alok Ranjan, former MLA Dr. Arun Kumar, JDU District President Chandradev Mukhiya, JDU senior leader Ghanshyam Chaudhary, BJP District President Diwakar Singh, JDU leader Jaiprakash Yadav, Neetu Kumari, Mukesh Kumar Yadav, Rinki Devi, Renu Jha, Prof. Singh, Prof. Harinarayan Yadav along with thousands of NDA leaders and workers were present.

Forget about Diwari Sthan temple, it was difficult even for the IP to pass through that road till Friday noon due to the Chief Minister's program. Police was deployed at every step for tight security. Barricades were put up on the road on both sides of the temple and people were allowed to walk only after checking. No facilities were given to the journalists either. Entry was given only till where the common people could go after checking. Due to which they had to face a lot of problems in the scorching heat. There was a ban on the movement of vehicles on that road since morning.

After the Chief Minister's program, the road was opened for the general public at around 11.30 am. Whereas this is the main road connecting Saharsa Simri Bakhtiyarpur. Due to which people had to face problems. To ensure that there is no lapse in security, police forces were deployed along with magistrates at drop gates. Almost all the officials of the district were deployed at various places.

In view of the Chief Minister's program, deployment of police forces along with magistrates was ensured at about two hundred places on the roadside from Amarpur helipad to Diwari. Also, police forces were deployed along with magistrates to keep an eye on the surrounding areas. Deployment was ensured at 289 places in the area. On this occasion, the local people who came to see the Chief Minister expressed a lot of disappointment. Also, returned with a sad heart.
