Ranchi, August 14 (HS). Chief Minister Hemant Soren will hoist the flag at the state function to be held at Morhabadi Ground in Ranchi on Thursday on Independence Day. All preparations have been completed for the flag hoisting. Deputy Commissioner Rahul Kumar Sinha said that all preparations have been completed for the Chief Minister's flag hoisting. On this occasion, the Chief Minister will salute the parade. Parking arrangements have been made around the ground. A waterproof pandal has also been constructed in the ground.
After hoisting the flag and taking salute of the parade, the Chief Minister will address the general public.
On the other hand, the ministers of the state government will hoist the tricolor in their respective district headquarters. Minister Champai Soren will hoist the national flag in Saraikela and Dr. Rameshwar Oraon in Lohardaga, Satyanand Bhokta in Chatra, Baijnath Ram in Latehar, Deepak Birua in Chaibasa, Banna Gupta in Jamshedpur, Irfan Ansari in Jamtara, Baby Devi in Bokaro, Deepika Pandey Singh in Godda, Hafizul Hasan in Deoghar and Mithilesh Thakur in Garhwa.
