Chhatarpur, 4 September (HS). On this Teacher's Day, we are going to introduce you to a teacher who has brought glory to not only the district but the entire Bundelkhand with her work style and has become a source of inspiration for people. The story is of Kalpana Mukharayya, a teacher posted in the Government Primary School Kararaganj under Alipura Jan Shiksha Kendra of Naugaon Vikaskhand of the district, who was appointed in 2013. How the 10-year journey of Kalpana Mukharayya, a teacher with unprecedented talent, reached from Kanya Prathmik Shala to Bhopal and how she brought glory to the entire district and Bundelkhand. Behind this is a unique story of her struggle.
Made school a home and children a family
Teacher Kalpana Mukharayya posted in Government Primary Girls School Karara Ganj told that my father Gaurishankar Mukharayya was also a teacher earlier. I followed his inspiration and started taking care of the school and children like my own family by doing new innovative works like doing something different with a new thinking towards my school and children. I started taking care of the school and children like my own family by working on things like hair painting at my own expense, supervision of children's education, school arrival and departure time, coordination with parents, cleanliness, interest in music etc. and made the children dedicated towards education, as a result of which 100% children come to school today. And in the entire Naugaon development block, Government Primary Girls School Karara Ganj is known as a smart school.

After the Covid period, the stories written by you in 2020 were selected by the State Education Center, after which you participated in the workshops of TLM in 2021 and represented. In 2023, after becoming DRG, you received training from Bhopal and trained teachers at the block level. Recently, on 12 September 2023, you took charge of Chhatarpur district in G.20 organized in Bhopal and a few days ago, the poem written by you was published through the State Education Center and Room to Read and made available in the government schools of the state and in June 2023, you were also honored with Giju Bhai Teacher Samman.
