Chhatarpur, 16 February (HS). Under the aegis of Sahitya Akademi, Madhya Pradesh Culture Council, run by the Madhya Pradesh Culture Department, a lecture and composition lesson was organized in the memory of Dr. Narmada Prasad Gupta as part of the program tradition in the auditorium of Shri Chitragupta Temple in Panna on 13 February 24. The program was presided over by senior litterateur Dr. Dev Dutt Dwivedi (Badamalhara) and stage management by Dr. Suresh Saurabh.
Director of Sahitya Akademi, Dr. Vikas Dave welcomed the guests and while highlighting the outline of the program said that I consider the name of Dr. Narmada Prasad Gupt ji very high. He has done a lot of work for this region, he decided in his life like a penance that he would dedicate his entire literary life for the dialect of Lokanchal of this region. Started work on this basis. Remained continuously engaged in the service of Boli. This is the reason why a lot of work has been done regarding the Veer Gantha and traditions of the folk region here.
Praveen Gupta (Chhatarpur), son of Dr. Narmada Prasad Gupta, threw light on his work and personality in detail. After the lecture, there was a poetry reading by the invited poets in which lyricist Sanjeev Kulshrestha from Pukhrayan, Ms. Sunita Patel from Jabalpur, lyricist Pt. Sunil Soumya from Chitrakoot, satirical poet Narendra Arjariya from Damoh, Oz poet Jai Awasthi Ajey from Prayagraj, satirical poet Jai Awasthi from Panna. Poet Sushil Vaibhav recited poetry. The program ended with local coordinator Dr. Suresh Saurabh expressing his gratitude to the poetry loving audience of the city.
