Chhatarpur, March 16 (HS). MLA Lalita Yadav on Saturday ceremoniously performed Bhoomi Pujan of the modern high school building to be built in 720 square meters at a cost of Rs 1 crore 47 lakh in village Nadgaen Kala of Chhatarpur assembly constituency. On this occasion, he said that in this school, arrangements will be made for principal's room, staff room, library, art and craft room, science lab, separate toilets for boys and girls and computer education.
He told that this school building will be ready in 9 months. He said that with the construction of the school building, the children will not only get better education but they will also not have to go far. The MLA said that appropriate efforts will be made to improve the education system as well as water, health and transportation in the area. On this occasion, BJP workers, villagers and officials and contractors of construction agency PIU were present.
Bhoomipujan of asphaltization near Kunjan temple
To make it easier for the devotees to reach the famous Kunjan temple situated on the bypass road, Chhatarpur MLA today performed the Bhoomi Pujan of the asphalt road to be built there at a cost of Rs 21 lakh 29 thousand in a dignified ceremony as per Vedic rituals. On this occasion, Municipality President Jyoti Chaurasia, councilors, BJP officials, workers and a large number of devotees were present. After Bhoomi Pujan, a musical program of bhajans took place in which MLA Mrs. Lalita Yadav herself sang the bhajans. On this occasion everyone took Prasad in the Bhandara.
