Chhatarpur: Garland held in court, sweets fed to each other

Chhatarpur, 11 May (HS). National Lok Adalat was also organized in the district on Saturday. Under this event, the court formed 15 divisions and resolved hundreds of cases of different nature in a single day. During this time, four separated husband and wife, who were living separately from each other for years, were also reunited after consultation. One of them, Rahul Bansal and Sonam Bansal, in the presence of the judges, fed each other sweets and garlanded each other and happily resolved to start a new life with each other.

District Judge Anil Chaudhary said that many cases were resolved in 15 division benches through the National Lok Adalat. Among these, many disputes related to husband and wife were also settled through the Family Court. Rahul Bansal and Sonam Bansal, residents of Rajnagar, were living separately from each other despite being husband and wife. Their case was going on in the family court, when both of them were counseled, they agreed to live with each other. Similarly, many cases related to electricity department, bank and municipality were also resolved. Many cases related to check bounce were also resolved. National Lok Adalat was inaugurated by District and Sessions Judge Akhilesh Shukla.
