Cheating with Indian team in FIFA qualifier match! AIFF demands investigation

The match between India and Qatar in the FIFA World Cup Qualifier Round-2 is in the news. The video of this match has gone viral on social media. After which the referee of the match is under suspicion. It is alleged that the referee gave the wrong decision due to which India lost 2-1 despite playing consecutive innings. Let us tell you that the goal scored by a Qatari player in this match played in Doha is being called controversial. Indian football lovers are in deep shock due to this defeat.

The referee gave the wrong decision!

After Sunil Chhetri's retirement, Team India performed brilliantly. In the qualifiers in Doha, they took a 1 goal lead against the host country Qatar, but the injustice of the referee has now knocked the Indian team out of the race for the FIFA World Cup. With this, once again the dream of 1.4 billion Indians has been shattered.

Open fraud with India regarding the goal

For India, Lalianzuala Chanchte scored a goal in the first half to give the team the lead. The team maintained the lead till the 72nd minute but in the 73rd minute the referee openly cheated and disallowed Qatar's goal. Actually, Qatar had a chance for a free kick, which Yusuf Ayman hit towards the goal. The Indian goalkeeper stopped it and the ball crossed the goal post line. However, a Qatar player brought the ball inside the line and started celebrating after scoring the goal.

The referee called it a goal

The match referee gave it a goal, whereas according to the rules it should have been a corner. All the Indian players were shocked by this decision of the referee. They protested against the decision and talked to both the referees but they were not convinced. Team India got tired of trying to change the decision but the referee stood by his decision. Now the All India Football Federation (AIFF) has demanded an investigation into this controversial goal.

Qatar beat India 2-1

The Qatar team scored a foul goal to equalize the first lead. After this, team player Ahmed Al-Rawi scored another goal in the 85th minute. Due to which the Indians fell behind and could not equalize till the end of the match. By winning this match, Team India had a chance to reach the third round, where India had never reached before. Due to the foul play of the referee in two matches in South Korea, Team India was eliminated before going to the FIFA World Cup 2026.
