For the first time in Mahakumbh, AI generative chatbot “Kumbh Sahayak” is being developed. Which will provide all the information related to Maha Kumbh to the devotees in more than ten languages with the help of Bhashini App. This chatbot will be equipped with the facility of Google navigation, interactive conversation and personalized GIF.
Additional Fair Officer Vivek Chaturvedi told the media persons that the “Kumbh Sahayak” chatbot developed for the first time in Maha Kumbh is based on the latest technology, Generative AI. This chatbot will be operated by Mahakumbh 2025 app or WhatsApp. This chatbot will act as your personal guide during the Mahakumbh.
The chatbot will provide all the necessary information related to Mahakumbh in more than 10 languages including Hindi and English through the Bhashini app. This chatbot will provide information to the devotees through interactive conversation both through writing and speaking. Through the chatbot, it will provide you all the information about the history and traditions of Mahakumbh including sadhus, sannyasis, akhara, bathing ghats, dates, routes, parking places, places to stay.
Additional Fair Officer said that Kumbh Assistant Chatbot will also provide the facility of Google navigation. Through which navigation of routes of sectors, Akharas, Kalpvas tents, bathing ghats in Mahakumbh area will also be available. Along with the area, the chatbot will also give directions to major tourist places, temples, railway stations, bus stands of Prayagraj city. Along with this, information about various events taking place in Maha Kumbh will also be kept updated from time to time.
The chatbot will also provide information about government approved tour travel packages and names and addresses of hotels and home stays. Kumbh Assistant Chatbot will act as your personal guide during Maha Kumbh. It will also talk to you through personalized GIFs. This chatbot will also provide special facilities to international tourists coming from different corners of the country and speaking different languages.
