Challan of 231 people issued during checking campaign

Ranchi, March 09 (Hindus). A checking campaign was conducted by Ranchi Traffic Police on Saturday. Traffic SP Sumit Kumar Aggarwal said on Saturday that a special campaign was launched against those traveling without helmets, black films on the glass of four-wheelers, illegal parking through autos, e-rickshaws and handcarts.

Under this, legal action was taken against the persons violating the relevant sections and rules of the Motor Vehicles Act. A total challan of Rs 1 lakh 98 thousand 950 was issued from 231 people.
