Giving this information, the SP said that a fine has been imposed on the CO’s vehicle by Chakia police station. His official vehicle, Tata Sumo, had black lead on it, which is illegal under the Motor Vehicle Act. Law is equal for everyone. Action is certain against whoever commits a mistake.
