Dumka, May 15 (Hindus). In broad daylight on Shivsundari Road in the city, thieves snatched the gold chain from the neck of Soni Devi and ran away. There were two riders on the bike. This incident of chain snatching happened on Wednesday when the woman was returning home from her shop.
In this regard, the victim woman has given a written application in the city police station. The woman is a resident of Shivsundari Road. Her husband Pawan Kumar Jha has a shop near the private bus stop. The wife also manages the shop. She was returning from the shop at around 10.30 in the morning when the bike-borne assailants snatched the gold chain from her neck and managed to escape. By the time the woman screamed for people to gather, they had fled in a hurry. In this case, FIR has not been registered till the time of writing the news.
