The team from Central Pollution Control Board, Delhi, inspected the stubble management being done by the farmers in the fields of Hasanga village of Ratia and talked to the farmers. Dr. Gokul Kumar, scientist of Central Pollution Control Board, Delhi and Dr. Deepak Kumar, ADO of Agricultural Engineering Department, Fatehabad, who came to inspect, gave detailed information to the farmers about stubble management and urged the farmers to manage the stubble instead of burning it. .
Scientists appealed to the farmers and said that farmers can manage stubble in their fields in two ways. One by making bales with a baler machine and the other by mixing the paddy residue in the ground with a super seeder. He said that by mixing paddy residue in the soil, crop production can be increased by increasing the fertility of the soil. On this occasion, farmers Surajbhan Sihag, Rajendra Singh, Rohtas, Sunil Kumar and other farmers of the village were present with him.
