Rohtak, 13 November (HS). During the solution camp in the auditorium of Mini Secretariat on Wednesday, Deputy Commissioner Dhirendra Khadgata listened to the problems of the people and instructed the officials for immediate solution. The Deputy Commissioner asked the officials of the concerned department to solve the problems of the people immediately on time, so that people do not have to face problems. Seven complaints were received in the Samadhan Camp. The Deputy Commissioner directed the officials related to Social Welfare Department and CREED to solve the problems related to pension and family identity card of the citizens on priority.
He said that the Central and State Governments have implemented many schemes, the benefits of which should be available to the people without any hassle. He also warned that if any officer or employee is negligent towards his work, strict action will be taken against him. In the Samadhan Camp, citizens raised various types of problems like family identification, encroachment, drinking water, electricity, sewerage, removal of illegal encroachments, making old age pension etc. The Deputy Commissioner directed the concerned officials to resolve these problems as soon as possible. On this occasion, Additional Deputy Commissioner Narendra Kumar, District Revenue Officer Kanab Lakra, Development and Panchayat Officer Rajpal Chahal, XEN Tarun Garg and officers and employees of other concerned departments were present.
During the solution camp, Adichand, a resident of local Kanhaili Road Chhoturam Colony, presented his problem to the Deputy Commissioner and said that his daughter Asha Rani is disabled. He had applied for disability pension for his daughter from the Social Welfare Department by giving all the necessary documents, but instead of his daughter’s disability, it was made Ladli Pension. On this, he contacted the department several times and requested to make disability pension in place of his daughter’s darling, but till now his problem has not been solved. On this, the Deputy Commissioner assured the complainant that he himself would talk to the Chandigarh headquarters to solve this problem and soon his daughter’s disability pension would be made.
