Lakhimpur Kheri, 17 October (HIST). CDO Abhishek Kumar on Thursday conducted a surprise inspection of Adarsh Prerna Small Scale Industry 'THR Plant' operating in village Revana of Tehsil, Block Mitauli. On finding irregularities in stock verification, the honorarium of BMM Ashish Kumar Dixit was stopped and instructions for departmental inquiry were given. The stock register was also captured. DC NRLM was also instructed to get the plant audited.
During the inspection, the CDO inspected the stock register and got the stock counted and tallied. Less bags of pulses were found in stock. Oil barrels were found in large quantities there. When asked, BMM could not give any satisfactory answer. The CDO expressed deep displeasure on this.
The CDO said that it is clear from the stock matching that finding more or less material clearly shows irregularities. During this, the CDO talked to the plant operator Didio regarding the plant operation and production. Observed the THR manufacturing process and checked the ration quality. He took information about the nutrition making machine and its process, grains etc. Instructed to maintain nutritional standards. Asked to pay attention to cleanliness and standards. Got the product weighed using a weighing machine and also tested the quality of the prepared nutritious food. Instructions were given that regular monitoring of the nutritious food manufactured at the plant should be done. During inspection the plant was found operational and functional. During this, DC NRLM JK Mishra, DPRO Vishal Singh, trainee SDM were present.
