CDO examines progress of schemes, adverse entry to D category departments

Dehradun, March 12 (HS). A review meeting of the financial progress of district plan, state sector, centrally funded and externally aided schemes was held in the Vikas Bhawan auditorium on Tuesday under the chairmanship of Chief Development Officer Jharna Kamthan. The progress in district plan was 97 percent, in state plan it was 81.76 percent, in centrally funded plan it was 93.02 percent and in externally aided plan there was 58.22 percent progress.

The Chief Development Officer directed that all the departments whose schemes have low expenditure progress should ensure 100% expenditure progress by March 15. Officials of departments who do not spend 100 percent in the district plan will be given adverse entry. Also, correspondence will be sent to the government for adverse entry on D category departments in state sector and centrally funded schemes. Instructed to send notice on Forest Department and PMGSY low progress. Also instructions were given to send notices to all the departments which have less than 100 percent in the State Sector Scheme.
