CBSE's new decision is a problem for these schools: The Central Board of Secondary Education has said that the students of their board are allowed to write answers only in Hindi and English. Apart from this, they cannot answer in any other language. Due to this decision of the board, some schools have got exemption from the rule of answering in these two languages. These are some Urdu schools which have taken permission from the board. However, due to this, three Urdu schools of Maulana Azad National Urdu University are in trouble.

Which schools are these?
According to the Telegraph report, these three Urdu schools of Maulana Azad National Urdu University are in Hyderabad, Nuh (Haryana) and Darbhanga (Bihar). Let us tell you that these three schools are affiliated to CBSE and the board clearly states that while filling the admission form, candidates cannot choose to take the exam in any medium other than Hindi and English.

No copy check
The CBSE governing body had decided in June that CBSE students cannot write papers in any language other than Hindi and English unless permission is taken from the board. If they do so, their answer sheets will not be checked.

In the board meeting held in this regard, it was also said that the copies of those students who appear in the examination in any medium other than Hindi and English without the approval of the board will neither be checked nor their result will be declared. The result of any candidate who goes against the policy of the board will not be released.

when did school start
Let us tell you that these three model Urdu schools of Maulana Azad National Urdu University were started in the year 2010. Officials of two of these schools say that CBSE gave them recognition and did not give full information earlier that studies are done in Urdu here. He further said that the students of these schools get question papers in Hindi and English instead of Urdu, which causes them a lot of trouble. Till the year 2020, papers were taken in these schools in all three languages - Hindi, English and Urdu. But this has not happened for the last three years.

Difficulties will increase with the new decision
Officials say that till now the question paper was not coming in Urdu, but the children were writing the answers in Urdu. After this decision, they will not be able to do so. Due to this, the problems that the children were facing earlier will increase further and no solution has been found by the board yet.

What does the board say?
The report further states that when the CBSE examination controller was contacted in this regard, they replied in an email to a newspaper that Urdu medium schools are only in Delhi and question papers are provided to them only through this medium.
