This time the results of the re-evaluation of class 12th copies of the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) have surprised the entire education world of the country. The new figures that have emerged after scrutiny and re-examination have completely overturned the old list of toppers. After this upset, now for the first time in history, the national toppers of all the three major streams of CBSE 12th – Arts (Humanities), Commerce (Commerce) and Science (Science) have emerged from the same state, and that state is none other than Jharkhand. After the release of CBSE main examination results, many meritorious students were not satisfied with their marks, after which students of many schools of Jharkhand had applied for re-evaluation as per the rules of the board. After careful re-checking of the copies and correction of totaling errors, an unexpected increase in the scores of the students was recorded. Some students’ marks increased from 3rd to 5th, which changed the entire mathematics at the national level. After this number game, the students of Jharkhand, who were out of the top ten race or a little behind during the main examination, have now gone straight to the number one position, due to which there is an atmosphere of celebration in the educational institutions and families of the state.

Jharkhand’s heroes shine in arts, commerce and science

The most special thing about this time’s results was that Jharkhand has hoisted the flag not in any one stream but in all three streams. While in the science stream, students from Ranchi and Bokaro have secured full marks after re-evaluation in tough subjects like Physics and Chemistry, in commerce, the promising students from Jamshedpur and Dhanbad have won in accountancy and economics. Talking about Arts, the students of Hazaribagh and Ranchi have achieved the highest position in the country due to their excellent performance in History and Political Science. It is a unique coincidence that students from the same state have registered Jharkhand’s name in golden letters in the field of education by securing first position nationwide in all three streams simultaneously.

Questions raised on checking of board copies or the real hard work of the students

After this unprecedented result, while on one hand it is a very proud moment for Jharkhand, on the other hand serious questions are being raised on the initial copy checking process of CBSE Board. Academics and parents say that if there is such a huge difference in marks in re-evaluation, it means that the copies were not checked properly the first time. If these students had not applied for re-verification, their real talent and dream of becoming the toppers of the country would have been buried forever due to the negligence of the system. However, amidst all these controversies, the hard work of these new toppers of Jharkhand and their historic success is being heard across the country.
