Prayagraj, 02 October (HS). On the birth anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi, a public awareness program on the subject of cleanliness is service was organized on Wednesday at Saraswati Shishu Mandir Daraganj in collaboration with the Central Bureau of Communications of the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Government of India and Gyan Arogya Charitable Trust.

During the program, Amit Tiwari, Shubham Baranwal and Anshika Patel won the speech competition organized on cleanliness and health and Ujjwal Kumar, Anuj Kumar and Anshika Patel won the first, second and third prize respectively in the yoga asana competition. The winners were presented certificates on behalf of the Bureau by the guests. On this occasion, Ram Murat Vishwakarma of the Bureau presented saplings to the guests for plantation under the Ek Ped Maa ke Naam campaign.

Dr. Usha Mishra said that cleanliness is an important aspect of our life. We can get rid of many problems by adopting cleanliness in our life. Throwing light on cleanliness and health, social worker Poonam Mishra said that a healthy mind resides only in a clean body. Trust President Acharya Kaushal Kishore Mishra said that cleanliness is a mega campaign that runs every day, every year, from generation to generation. Therefore, public participation is very important to make this campaign successful. During this, promotional material of Developed India and New India news were made available to the attendees.
