Praveen Khandelwal, National General Secretary of Confederation of All India Traders (CAIT) and BJP MP from Chandni Chowk seat of Delhi, expects a business of about Rs 4.25 lakh crore in this festival season. Khandelwal said in a statement issued on Monday that CAT has conducted a recent survey among business organizations in business distribution centers located in 70 cities of different states of the country. MP Praveen Khandelwal said that during this festive season, about 70 crore customers shop in the markets. On one hand, there are people who purchase Rs 500 or less.
