Palamu, 1 November (Hindustan Reporter). Kushwaha Shivpujan Mehta, former MLA of Hussainabad in Palamu district of Jharkhand, approached the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Daltonganj, accusing Assam Chief Minister and Bharatiya Janata Party's Jharkhand state election co-incharge Himanta Biswa Sarma of giving a controversial speech and trying to spread religious frenzy.
