Two days ago, a brass trader from Thana Nagfani area had given a complaint letter to the Senior Superintendent of Police and accused a person from the Thana area of ​​cheating him of Rs. 10 lakhs in the name of selling a house. On Monday, the SSP ordered the Thana police to register a case in the matter. Today, Nagfani police registered a case of breach of trust in the matter.

Brass trader Zahid Hussain, resident of Sarai Hussaini Begum Haji Jumma Ki Tal of Nagfani, gave an application to the SSP. In this, he told that he had bought a house in Daulat Bagh from Haji Shavez son Zahid Hussain resident of New Basti Pachpeda in front of the temple for Rs 13 lakh. In this case, he had given Rs 10 lakh to Haji Shavez through stamp. In this case, the deal was done on 4 November 2023. Haji had promised the brass trader to get the registry done in six months. On completion of the time, the brass trader pressurized Haji Shavez for registration. Haji Shavez replied that he would get the registry done after two days.

The brass trader went to the registry office and got the stamp and other documents ready. After this, when he called Haji, his phone was switched off. His house was locked. On asking about this, Haji's brother Shuaib said that he has bought that house. In this case, on the orders of Senior Superintendent of Police Satpal Antil, Nagfani police on Monday registered a case of breach of trust. Police have asked for documents from both the parties for investigation.
