Moradabad, 27 July (HS). A girl resident of a village in Thana Kanth area of the district told the police in a complaint that last month she was waiting for a tempo in Thana Mundhapande area when three people in a car kidnapped her. After this the accused molested her and then ran away leaving her in the middle of the road. When the police investigated the matter, it was found that the accused who molested the victim girl are Nizamuddin, Rais and Alamgir of Thana Mundhapande area.
Inspector Mundhapande RP Sharma said that a case has been registered against the three accused youths on Saturday. A girl resident of a village in Kanth police station area had told in the complaint that on June 11 last month at 6 pm she was waiting for a tempo near the cardboard factory in Dalpatpur to go to her brother-in-law's house. During this time three people in a car came and covered the girl's mouth with a cloth. After this the accused took her away in the car and molested her in the car. Later the car riders left the girl in the middle of the road.
RP Sharma said that in the initial investigation it was found that the accused in the car who committed the incident with the girl were identified as Nizamuddin, Rish, Alamgir of the police station area. A case has been registered today against the three accused on charges of kidnapping and molestation. The accused will be arrested soon.
