Case filed against former BJP MLA, his brother and eight family members | News India

Noida, 28 September (Hindustan Reporter). A case of fraud of Rs 3 crore in the name of providing a villa has been registered in Sector 24 police station. The case has been registered by an advocate, in which he has named former Garh BJP MLA Ramnaresh Rawat, his brother and eight members of the family including Sudhan Rawat. The police register the report and start investigating the case.

Advocate Mohan Pal Rawat, resident of Sector-35, Noida, has filed a report that in the year 2015, in the case of Mange Ram and Sons, he had met Amit, an employee of the real estate businessman's company. Amit had created a WhatsApp group in the name of investing in real estate. After this, Mohan Pal had talks with Amit and other accused about purchasing a 1000 square meter villa in Ghaziabad. For this the accused took three crore rupees. It has been alleged that even after taking the money, the accused did not register the land.

Mohanpal Rawat says that in the meantime it came to light that the land for which negotiations were held, belonged to the Municipal Corporation. When Mohanpal pressurized the director to return the money, he gave a check which bounced. Advocate Sector-24 police station has filed a report against Ramnaresh Rawat, Sudhan Rawat, Vibha Rawat, Anshuman, Devendra, Harsh, Pushpendra, Renuka, Amit and director of MR Sons Company. The accused in the case registered, Ramnaresh Rawat, is a former BJP MLA. The other accused include their family members.
